I’m teaching a new class this spring on climate. It is an upper division capstone course. I am doing some new things — flipping the classroom, running the class as a semester-long workshop and carrying individual and group projects (focused on decarbonization analyses) throughout the term.

You seem worried about carbon emission. Yet right in the middle of your article in Forbe was an advertisement was an advertisement for Ford motor vehicles, and we all know about the fossil fuel burning away in the engines of these vehicles. What is wrong with this picture? What gives?
